Tucked between two hills is this special 2-story home set on 7 acres. With its rounded walls and viga ceilings, it's custom design reflects aspects of the ancient architecture of the Pueblo Indians. It features wood floors throughout, smooth plaster walls and a winding staircase. It has a open concept living area with a sunken living room and stone fireplace. There are two master suites, located at opposite ends of the house. A third bedroom with a queen bed is located downstairs.
For those seeking a peaceful retreat, this property has westerly views of the nearby hills which can be enjoyed from the house, or from the hammock on the deck or better yet, from the outdoor hot tub.
Despite its private wooded location, this property is only a 7-minute drive from the downtown. Relax and enjoy the best of all worlds on this fabulous property, don't forget the 'Chamisa Chill Out Spot', this old converted horse stable on the property is the perfect place to read and relax and absorb the Santa Fe sun and the cool mountain breeze.
Note: Due to its wooded location, cliffs and decks, this property may not be suited for young children. There is a guest house on the property that is occassionaly used by the owners.
