  The home was lovely and the location is great if you like to walk or if you want to drive everywhere. I'm a walker, so I didn't mind the distance to everything. The open master suite is beautiful but is noisy if your downstairs guests get up before you do. The downstairs floorplan is great for entertaining. Love the patio and the upstairs deck. The privacy was also perfect. The garage was a great bonus. The heating/cooling was a bit of a mystery. The fan was constantly operating.

  We arrived to an alarm system that was not working. The alarm company called four times during our stay to inform me that there was a system failure. I called the management company twice to report this problem but apparently nothing was done. The alarm system failure continued to malfunction and the alarm company continued to call the residence. I suggested the alarm company call the owners directly or at least call the management company.

  Manager Response

  We were not advised of any problems with the alarm, but we have called the alarm company to have the alarm serviced and checked - it is a new alarm system. The location is excellent only about six blocks to the downtown Plaza area.

  A lovely home with abundant outdoor space. Well equipped.. maybe needs a few more towels.. comfy beds and living room was nice. Dining space a bit cramped. Great sunlight and nice cross ventilation at night.
